The chalet has 3 large bedrooms upstairs each with a queen bed, double bunks, and solid timber furniture throughout. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have their own TV. The master bedroom on the ground floor has a queen bed and quality timber furniture plus a wall-mounted LCD TV. The chalet boast a large open living area, stone open fire place in a cosy sunken lounge, 42" LCD TV, stereo, plus central heating, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 6 car spaces, and a large north facing deck with BBQ. Fully furnished including, dishwasher, built in coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, linen & kitchenware.
DINNER PLAIN or “DP” is an architecturally designed village nestled among snow gums and surrounded by the Alpine National Park, located above the snowline at 1520 metres. The Village can be accessed by air, with an airport 10 mins away, the closest to any major snow resort in the Southern Hemisphere! In summer enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, horse-riding, relaxing or a romantic weekend away. In the winter months, enjoy downhill and cross country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing in Dinner Plain, or Mount Hotham is only a 10 min. bus ride away with some of the best skiing and snowboarding in Australia. Dinner Plain also has it’s own Onsen Spa Retreat, gym and pool, hotel, restaurants, bars, tennis courts, playground, school and supermarket. There's no other village in Australia like Dinner Plain.
