28 Arran Avenue, Hamilton Residential Development Site Project Type: Residential Subdivision/Demolition Project Status: Sold Project Period: 2007 to 2011The site with an existing dwelling was purchased in 2007. Demolition approval was obtained for the dwelling in the same year. Easement registered which enabled access via this site into an adjoining property at 89 Hillside Crescent. Plans have been drawn for two new residences on the Arran Avenue site, and subdivision has been completed. Interest in the site was sold in 2011.
