Project Type: Residential Refurbishment/Unit Block Consolidation Project Status: Sold Project Period: 2004 to 2008
Purchase and refurbishment design of a whole floor Penthouse Apartment of approximately 400m2 including balconies. The project also involved the refurbishment design for the exterior of the entire building, and the facilitation of the sale of the entire building.
Purchased the Penthouse, Unit 25 Camelot Court, in 2004. Undertook internal demolition and refurbishment design for the apartment. Concept designs for the refurbishment of the building, and alternate designs for a new building on the site. Over a period of two years, instigated and facilitated the successful consolidation for sale of all 25 units in the complex to Devine Limited. Sold in 2007 with settlement in March 2008.
The site was set to become one of the key sites in Devine's planned Latin Quarter project. |
